Personality:
At a typical state, Pompeii has been known to be a great leader, and never has cared much about himself before others. He tends to put everyone else's needs before him, unless betrayed or treated wrongly. Unfortunately, he is immune to giving individuals a second chance, even with how poorly it was returned in the past. With time of a broken heart beneath it's repair, the great brute became a flirtatious being, and sometimes sought out to find a female to court just for his own entertainment. All in all, he is a gentleman at heart, and would do anything to save a life in need of his power. He only uses his manipulating element in the time of need, if not when he is alone, for sometimes he does not trust himself as much as he used to when he was a mere apprentice beneath his mother's paw. As for that, he has promised himself that he wil become the priest his element deserves, and strive to protect all of that who live against his side.
Likes:
-Being charming.
-Cooperation.
-Conversing amongst other elemental wolves.
-His power.

Dislikes:
-Underestimating individuals.
-Stereotypes
-Rejection
-The phrase, "You're a disgrace."

History:
Appearance: Built over strong bones and a lengthy body, is a coiled display of muscle to hide beneath a luscious thick coat to keep him warm during the damp nights he shares alone amongst his quarters. His legs are long to carry him long distances, a boom of thunder to follow in the wake of his steps as his weight plows against the ground in smooth strides. For facial features, Pompeii proves to believe he is beautiful in his own, flirtatious way. His brute-like structure adds a bit of his own self-esteem, giving him the advantage of a nice face to match. With an angled snout and reasonably large ears, nothing is more handsome than the colors that fixate upon his pelt. Towards his face, there lay light, cyan shaded hues to wrap around his cheeks and eyes, those of which travel to his underbelly, as well as his elbows and paws. Swirls of radiant royal blues and neon make up his coat across his back and ever where else. It holds a bit of a natural shine to it, which helps attract attention, and shimmers when it is most dark out. He has been told that it glows when he is most happy, but he never noticed, and believes to think its all in their head. As for the color of his eyes, they are a mysterious whiteish grey, fainted with a light touch of ivory blue against the pupils. A ring of natural shadow wraps around the shape of his eyes, making him appear as if it were a mask of hidden destruction.
BACKGROUND

True love was impossible in the lands of where the rain fell most and the water was the purest. It was a poison, and the ones who believed it against their 'gods', were persecuted and slaughtered behind shadows. The only mating done was for numbers, mates were forced into pairs and made to create pups, even if it wasn't their choice. Elements were combined through the cross breeding, creating mutts out of secret in several litters, and affairs amongst the mates made in those unloveable lands. In this place particular, one could never show love for another wolf if they were apart from their element, they could not interact with them, feed with them, or even mate with them upon the pack rule. Their leader was a divergent character, and believed the only way for them to carry on as their own were to divide them all apart and compel them to only use their powers when he told them to. He was a cruel figure, with little to respect, but a danger to any one of the lives within his territories. If one were to step out of line, his blind, white eyes would target them, and kill them in front of the crowd which was forced to group up by their element. They all had individual roles, and there were only three of the five elemental crowds allowed in his lands. Water supplied them with rain so they'd never go thirsty. Fire was forced to provide heat amongst the ill, or evilly be told to wipe out a certain area during war with their waves of flames. And Ice, the most precious of all, were made to freeze other wolves to death if they were fallen out of the master's liking. All but until the eldest and first son of the great water Deacon female was born.

BEAUTIFUL MISTAKES

The prize being that was the pup of the water Deacon was finally granted. Mother was not the loving type, but she sought to find a place for her only son within the fractions as a water element canine just as them. She taught him all that he needed to know, all the while him discovering himself to be the strong brute with a surging power simmering inside. He was beautiful, a perfect cross of genes forced through their leader's paw, as it was not a normal male to pass on his genetics into the Deacon female, but the master's seed himself. The fractions did not know of this purpose, and their master, Mattheus, made sure of that when he took advantage of the young water wolf and raped her when everyone was in their dens. She was lucky to survive the fall, but in the end, she produced a strong pup to be presented to their leader. It wasn't long after did the only son be brought into the Temple and raised alone through Mattheus, manipulated to believe about the uniqueness behind no love and how others were unimportant. He was named Pompeii, after the temple which fell centuries ago on their land - the destruction it caused and the lives it took. In truth, the two looked alike in many ways, and soon, in months time of development, he grew to be a large wolf in comparison to their leader, pushed and prodded into training throughout his entire time. He observed all the elements and fractions divided in their pack, noting those who were strong and healthy, as well as keep track of his own progress. In that time, Pompeii earned an arrogant side from a young age, due to the fact Mattheus was a terrible influence, and often was told to kill the wolves upon their leader's list. In truth, the brute found it repulsive, but did what he was told. The deaths he committed and drowned beneath his power, Dark Water, were heart breaking, and unbelievable, and this was what their master laughed at the most with his son, though Pompeii didn't speak of it. He did what he was told, and held no emotion for the love stories told him and some others found, all until he met her.

A LOVER'S BETRAYAL

After being crowned as co-founder in control of the pack, Mattheus made sure that Pompeii got all that he deserved. He proved best of his abilities and was able to tame himself long enough so duties would be prevailed properly and obeyed beyond all who was amongst their strong set of numbers. Love was unfathomable, a none-existing piece of fantasy known to the clan still as time grew short and restless. It was as it has always been, both spreading their lineage among innocent faes to create a better new and make their wolves even stronger. When he was performing his daily rounds, the glowing sapphire brute came across the ice pack, greeting the superiors with a confident stride and dismissing them from their positions once he had seen they were respecting his power. He had been given notice of a new addition to the Ice side, and he normally broke them into place so that they'd get a better handle with their new surroundings. But as his presence was neared with the other's, a radiant fae stood at the end of the tunnel, guarded by two of their strongest Guardians and calmly looking passed their broad shoulders to meet his emotionless stare.  A heartbeat - strong and unnoticed pounded obnoxiously once in the heart he never thought he had. The guards introduced her as she stayed silent behind them. Her name was Sutton. He didn't return it. His words were hushed, but he greeted her with a harsh glare and led her into the lands of their own.

He spied on her for several days until she had noticed him from afar hidden behind the frozen rubble which made up their fraction of the land. Sutton claimed no harm nor shock to come from it, but only gazed at him with silence until she finally bowed her head like a princess would before her dance. They were granted a large amount of time to socialize in secret, but the fae begged in those times that he be going sooner than what he wished. Pompeii proved to believe that it was not true, that these feelings were fake and he was just as evil as his father - if only he knew better to convince himself that. When curfew would fall upon the lands, he'd sneak into her fraction and watch her sleep, like a guardian angel would to their keeper, only with pale eyes of only love to fill them. He loved her, and hated himself for it. If his father, their leader who ruled that elements would never combine, never socialize or interact unless needed, he would kill him, and once he had completed that task of murder, he'd kill the only fae he admired. Or worse - rape her and force her to breed with him. Pompeii protected her, and arguments were made almost daily amongst the pair on their own safety. It was never supposed to be this way, he would tell himself in the darkness of his dampened home alongside the large body of water. He'd make ripples in the water to the shape of a hard, and then cause tidal waves to explode according to his heartbeat against rocks loud enough so that she would hear it so far away into her lands apart from his.

Hey Pompeii :D I'm going to move your profile to the accepted Nereus profiles. However, if you want you can still change the powers (only +1 though).
